We support everything from small-scale start-up projects through to large-scale contract manufacture of well-established products.

Because we purchase a wide range of raw materials, consumables and packaging for our own manufacturing, our contract partners benefit from our economies of scale and a low-cost base.

Serum filtration

We offer contract sterile filtration of serum in a purpose-built filtration suite. Our dedicated, experienced team works with you to make sure your filtration requirements are met.

We filter serum batch sizes of up to 800 L and dispense them into volumes ranging from 50 ml to 5 litres. Following thawing of the raw material, the process runs over two days: Day 1 — sterile filtration; Day 2 — dispensing into the required volumes.

Full documentation and traceability accompany every batch, in line with our quality management system.

Quality & regulatory

Our contract manufacturing is backed by a robust quality management system and a strong regulatory function experienced in the manufacture, import and export of animal by-products and chemicals. Processing and storage of human and animal blood products are carefully segregated across our facilities, with large-capacity refrigeration and freezer storage to meet a wide range of requirements.
